Trader Joe's is giving fall shoppers plenty to hunt for this year. The grocery chain's fall 2026 lineup includes more than 100 seasonal products, covering everything from cozy frozen dinners and pumpkin desserts to cider, cheese, coffee creamers, and scented candles.
Many of the autumn products have already reached stores nationwide. More will arrive as the season continues, since Trader Joe's releases fall products in waves instead of filling shelves with everything on one morning.

Additional seasonal products are expected through October and into November. Some returning favorites will share shelf space with new items that put fresh spins on familiar fall flavors.
Butternut Squash and Savory Comfort Food Lead the Menu
Trader Joe's / IG / Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Bisque offers an easy seasonal soup, while Butternut Squash Lasagna turns the mildly sweet vegetable into a filling dinner.
The popular Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese is also returning. This freezer favorite has become closely linked with the retailer's autumn season, combining creamy cheese sauce, pasta, and squash in an easy heat-and-eat meal.
Trader Joe's is taking that familiar combination in another direction with Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese Bites. The bite-sized format turns the creamy pasta dish into a snackable appetizer that works for casual gatherings, game nights, or quick afternoon cravings.
Spicy Pumpkin Samosas also return to the freezer section. The crisp pastries contain paneer and creamy pumpkin sauce, giving the seasonal vegetable a savory role rather than covering it with cinnamon and sugar.
Cheese boards receive a few autumn additions as well. Caramelized Onion Goat's Milk Cheese brings sweet onion flavor to a tangy base, while Pink Peppercorn Fontina adds mild peppery warmth without turning the cheese into something aggressively spicy.
A new Chicken Florentine Lasagna offers another substantial dinner option. Ground chicken, spinach, Parmesan, and Romano sit under a creamy white sauce, with four servings packed into each container. The combination moves away from pumpkin while keeping the rich comfort-food character of the wider fall collection.
The Ooey Gooey Cheese Blend takes that comfort-food approach even further. Gruyère, sharp orange cheddar, sharp white cheddar and Havarti come together in a blend designed to melt smoothly into casseroles and other warm dishes.
Pumpkin Bread, Apple Donuts and Desserts Fill the Bakery
Foody / New Sliced Pumpkin Sourdough Bread uses pumpkin puree as its third ingredient, while cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger give each loaf a distinctly autumn flavor.
The bread costs $4.99 and is expected to remain in bakery sections through November.
Apple Cider Donuts have also returned for another season. Made with real apple cider and coated with cinnamon sugar, the soft donuts deliver a more traditional orchard-style fall flavor. A package costs less than $6.
The Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cake returns at $5.99. The compact cake pairs a pumpkin-spice crumb with cream cheese frosting and comes in a resealable container, which makes saving the remaining slices considerably easier.
More Unusual Additions & Fall Beverages
Another returning treat is the Pumpkin Caramel Kringle. Priced at $9.99, the flaky pastry arrived on August 26 and is scheduled to remain available through November 29, while supplies last. Pumpkin Cheesecake, Pumpkin Blondie Brownies, and Chocolate Mousse Pumpkins expand the dessert choices further. Pumpkin Biscotti offers a crunchier option that pairs naturally with espresso or hot coffee during cooler mornings.
One of the more unusual additions is Pumpkin Pie Spice Bark. White chocolate gets mixed with pumpkin pie spices and gingerbread, then paired with pretzels, dark chocolate drizzle, and sea salt for a mix of creamy, crunchy, sweet, and salty flavors.
Basque-style cheesecakes provide another dessert that does not depend on pumpkin. Two small cheesecakes cost $5, with a creamy center and deeply browned exterior that gives the cakes their signature appearance.
The fall beverage aisle is getting just as much attention as the bakery. Non-Dairy Cinnamon Bun Oat Creamer brings sweet cinnamon flavor to coffee without dairy, while Salted Maple Cold Foam adds a creamy maple finish to cold drinks. The Salted Maple Cold Foam has already become a hard-to-find product at some stores. Limited seasonal stock can disappear quickly, especially when a new coffee product catches attention early in the season.
