Slow cooked curry of pistachios and macadamia nuts simmered with cauliflower and rich Indian spices. Served on a bed of jasmine rice with roti and garnished with mint, baby heirloom tomatoes and a drizzle of berry chutney yogurt.  $17

Pork and prawn sauteed with a fragrant blend of herbs and spices from the far east, tossed with cashews, Asian greens, sprouts, mint and rice noodles in a sweet tamarind glaze.  $14

Local organic spot prawns served cool in a white wine, fennel marinade over a salad of grapefruit, shaved fennel, peppers, shallots, mint and organic greens in a sweet grapefruit dressing  $13
