As winter gives way to spring, and sunshine makes a welcome return, The Noodle Box awakens from its slow-cooked slumber. Spring heralds the return of many of our favourite specials ingredients. New seasons Halibut, and Salmon, Local Spring Lamb as well as the return of a wide variety of locally produced vegetables. Our chefs will no longer shake their heads at the logistics of Chinese-grown leafy greens, and Chilean green onions! Instead, we will be showcasing the bounty of Vancouver Island, and the Fraser Valley, in our regular menu, as well as in our daily specials.
